How To Contact Parcelforce
If you have booked a delivery with Parcelforce, using NI Parcels, you can contact the courier directly if you have any issues.
These issues might include: questions about your collection, getting a more specific collection or delivery time, questions about delays or telling the courier to leave your item with a neighbour.
We only recommend contacting Parcelforce after you have placed a booking with us.
Contacting Parcelforce:
Step One: Have your tracking number to hand, this will be in your emails from NI Parcels. The tracking number will start with two letters followed by 7 numbers.
Step Two: Use Parcelforce’s depot finder here to locate your collection or delivery depot. Enter your collection or delivery postcode to locate each depot.
Step 3: Phone Parcelforce on the number in the Depot Finder and when the options come up hit option 5 to be connected directly to a customer service adviser.
This should put you in touch with Parcelforce. However, if you have any questions that the depot could not answer, or if you were unhappy with their response, please contact NI Parcels and we’ll do our very best to help.
