How To Contact DPD
If you have booked a parcel delivery with DPD, using NI Parcels, you can contact the courier directly.
You may want to contact the courier if you have any questions about your collection or delivery, or you may want to give them specific delivery instructions; for example, to leave the parcel with a neighbour.
We only recommend contacting the courier after you have placed your booking with NI Parcels.
Contacting DPD
Step 1: Click here to locate your local DPD depot and obtain the contact number.
Step 2: Have your CR 101 number at hand. This can be found by logging into your account and clicking ‘track’.
